Shipping Policy

TheHijabStore.com is based in the United States of America. We ship from Pittsburgh, PA. We recommend that our international customers use PayPal to checkout.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for international customers (excluding Canada, Italy, Australia, France, Germany, and Spain) will be calculated based on the weight of your order and can be calculated during checkout. We cannot provide shipping quotes via email due to the United States Postal Services constant rate changes. We are not responsible for customs charges. Sometimes customs will delay or open packages and charge extra charges. We are not responsible for this.

TheHijabStore.com HIGHLY recommends that your shipping address be PayPal verified. Your items may be delayed or not processed if your address is not verified. We reserve to cancel any order for any reason.

Canada:

All orders are $29.99.

UK and Northern Ireland:

We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund. You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). The product(s) must first meet the following conditions:

1. The item is not worn outside.

2. The item does not have a persistent odor. (i.e. Perfume, mothballs)

3. The item is in its original condition and clean.

4. The item is not washed.

5. The item is in its original packaging and has all labels and tags attached.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.

Make sure that you obtain a tracking number for your return package for your records, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen returns. If your return is not "delivered" please contact the courier service that you used to find out more information about your package. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
