Sign into your account if you already have one. If you do not have an account, you will be able to create one when you checkout. Read the description of the item(s) that you want to buy. Check the measurements to make sure that the hijab can cover the areas that you preferred to be covered.

Select the color that you want to purchase. Choose the quantity of the item and click on the “ADD TO CART BUTTON”.

Do this for each item that you would like to purchase. Once you have added all the items that you want to purchase to your cart click the “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT” button or the “PAYPAL” button.

Once your order has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email that will contain your order number. The status of your order will be “AWAITING FULFILLMENT” until the items have been picked and packaged.


Most of our products are in stock in our warehouse and shipped within 24-48 business hours. Business hours are Monday-Thursday 10am-4pm eastern standard time. We are closed Friday for Prayer Services. We are also closed on the weekend (Saturday & Sunday). We do not ship on US holidays.

If an item that you order is out of stock, we will send you an email to confirm any replacement items or offer you a refund for the out of stock item.

Please be sure to enter in the correct address information including any apartment, suit, or unit numbers. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If you know you have issues with package delivery, we recommend you select signature confirmation, this way someone will have to sign for the package and the package will NOT be left outside if no one is available.

Your order will be assigned a tracking number and it can be tracked via the USPS website at You will be emailed a confirmation that your order has shipped along with the tracking number.  We do not profit of shipping fees, you can visit the United States Postal Service’s website to see their fees.

*orders placed after 12:00 noon (EST) on Thursday will not ship until the following Monday. No Saturday Delivery.



All orders over $150 will be eligible for Free Shipping if shipped within the US.

International Shipping

We only ship to the USA and Canada at this time.

Canada order ship via USPS international first class for a flat rate of $29.99.


We gladly accept authorized returns for Store Credit only. If you have an item you would like to return, please log into your account and click on the order number that contains the item. Select the item you would like to return. Items must meet the following guidelines in order to be authorized:


  1. 1.       Returns must be authorized within 15 days of the ship date received. will not authorize any returns after 15 days.
  2. 2.       Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) in the original packaging.
  3. 3.       Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.


After you have received authorization for return, you will receive an email with return details.



We do not do exchanges. Our reasoning is simple. Our products are in high demand and if you send back the item you want to exchange, there is no guarantee we will have what you want at that time.

However, simply return your package by following the normal return procedure. We will issue you a store credit once we've received your return. That way, you may use the credit towards the correct item/ color or for another item.


Return Shipping Fees

Original shipping fees are non-creditable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.


Damaged Items

Please contact us if you have received an item that has a manufactures defect.

Store Credit

Credit for your return merchandise will be processed once product is received at our warehouse. Please allow 1-5 business days for return processing. Once your return has been processed, you'll be issued store credit. Store credit covers original purchasing price, but not shipping fees. To redeem store credit, you need to log into your account and checkout as you normally do. Once you get to the “PAYMENT METHODS”, select “STORE CREDIT” in the drop-down box. The store credit balance will then be applied to your purchase.
