We gladly accept authorized returns for a refund. Shipping fees are not refundable. If you have an item you would like to return, please log into your account and click on the order number that contains the item. Select the item you would like to return. Items must meet the following guidelines in order to be authorized:


  1. Returns must be authorized within 15 days of the ship date received. will not authorize any returns after 15 days.
  2. Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) in the original packaging.
  3. Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.


After you have received authorization for your return, you will receive an email with return details.


We do not do exchanges. Our reasoning is simple. Our products are in high demand and if you send back the item you want to exchange, there is no guarantee we will have what you want at that time.

However, simply return your package by following the normal return procedure. We will issue you a refund once we've received your return.
